Hotels (up to 100 rooms)
- Bookmatrix.com: €810 a year, about €67.50 a month. Calendar, channel manager for 100+ channels, booking engine, unified inbox, email manager and automations, housekeeping app, guest database, ticket support.
- Bookmatrix.com PRO: €1,620 a year. Everything above, plus OTA messaging, review management, AI agents that answer messages and reviews, phone support.
- Bookmatrix.com ULTRA: on request, for hotels that want maximum revenue.
Rentals, villas, apartments
- Bookmatrix.com: €180 a year for the first property, +€90 a year for each additional one.
- Bookmatrix.com PRO: €360 a year for the first, +€180 for each additional one.
Setup
Onboarding €100 one-time. It covers the whole setup (rooms, prices, channels, website) and training by phone.
Things to know
- All prices are net, without VAT.
- Billing is annual. There is no long-term contract.
- AI usage on PRO is billed additionally per consumption.
- Add-ons (for example automatic short-term rental declarations) are priced separately on the pricing page.
For a hotel, €67.50 a month is usually less than one room-night. For a rental, €15 a month. If that saves you one double booking a year, it has already paid for itself.
